A. Shipping Agent Service: The shipping (logistics) company will be designated by CNPIEC to provide one-to-one service.
B. Advertising Agent Service: The professional advertising company will be designated by CNPIEC to provide first class service for domestic and overseas exhibitors’ advertisement launch.
C. Stand design and setting up will be designated by contracted suppliers to provide professional stand design and construction.
D. Hotel service will be designated by contracted hotels at contract rate to provide convenient service for domestic and overseas exhibitors.
E. Traffic service will be designated by contracted renting companies to provide traffic management support for domestic and overseas exhibitors.
F. Food service will be designated by contracted catering companies during the exhibition period.
G. Free public seminar areas, conferences rooms, trade centers will be provided in the exhibition halls with supporting service facilities for all exhibitors free of charge for the purpose of distribution, advertisement trade and cultural activities.
H. Free Wi-Fi network coverage in the exhibition halls will be provided for all exhibitors.
I. Installation of anti-theft devices and providing magnetic stripes for the safety of the exhibits.
